Is SOUQ SHARE really free?

Yes — creating an account and posting ads is completely free with no commission on sales. We fund operations through Google Ads and optional plans.

How do I post an ad?

Register, click "Post an Ad", write title and description, choose category and price, upload up to 8 photos, and publish. Your ad goes live instantly.

How many ads can I post?

On the free plan you can post unlimited ads. Each ad stays active for 60 days and is renewable.

How do I contact a seller?

Every ad has a "Send Message" button that opens a direct chat on the platform, plus the seller's phone and WhatsApp if provided.

Is the platform safe?

Yes. We encrypt passwords, protect against CSRF, and review reports manually. We always recommend meeting sellers in public and inspecting items before paying.

How do I delete an ad?

In your dashboard, go to "My Ads" and click the delete button next to any ad. You can also mark it as "Sold" instead of deleting.

Which countries are supported?

SOUQ SHARE serves 80+ countries including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Egypt, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Turkey, USA, and Europe.

How do I change language or currency?

Use the language dropdown (Arabic / English) and country dropdown (auto-sets currency) in the top navigation bar.

Is there a mobile app?

The site is 100% responsive and works as a PWA — installable from your browser. Native Android and iOS apps are in development.

How do I upgrade to a merchant account?

The merchant system is in development and will launch soon — featuring a public store page, bulk uploads, and staff accounts.
